Metric Coarse (MC) chrome alloy button die designed for general-purpose external threading and thread repair. Suitable for use with a die stock handle, this die can chase worn threads or create new male threads on non-ferrous metals and plastics.

Metric Coarse button dies feature a 60° thread angle with a flat crest and root clearance, allowing smooth engagement between internal and external threads. The reduced thread height and increased root radius improve cutting efficiency and overall thread strength.
