Aquaseal FlashRite #2 Metal Roof Pipe Flashing EPDM Grey 25-70mm is expertly engineered to create a watertight seal around pipe penetrations on metal roofs. Designed to withstand harsh Australian weather conditions, this FlashRite is tailored for 25-70mm pipes and offers UV resistance and temperature stability ranging from -50°C (-58°F) to 200°C (392°F). It is ideal for BAL29 areas and comes with a 20-year warranty, making it a reliable choice for Australian conditions.
PRODUCT FEATURES :

- FlashRite is for 25-70mm pipes and is suitable for metal roofs only
- Made from EPDM, UV resistant, and has a temperature between -50°C (-58°F) to 200°C (392°F).
- Suitable for both standard and retrofit application.
- Supplied with 7 stainless steel retrofit clips
- Designed and manufactured to withstand the harsh Australian weather conditions.
Installation :
- Cut the cone to the exact matching pipe diameter.
- Slide down the pipe using water to lubricate.
- Form to match the roof profile.
- Mark out edge for silicone seal.
- Lift flashing to allow access for silicone seal.
- Apply silicone.
- Replace flashing to marked location and fix with selected fasteners.
Retrofit Installation :
- Cut the cone to the exact matching pipe diameter.
- Split shoulder with scissors down pathway.
- Situate around the pipe diameter, take care to face joint downstream.
- Crimp flashing shoulder with the provided clips.
- Form to match the roof profile.
- Mark out edge for silicone seal.

Lift flashing to allow access for silicone seal.
- Apply silicone.
- Replace flashing to marked location and fix with selected fasteners.
